This is a plan to increase the operation of existing equipment with pallet number limitations, achieve labor savings, and accommodate nighttime operations. Since it allows for five-sided machining with one chucking, - Reduction in the number of jigs (from the conventional two jigs to one jig due to process consolidation) - Reduction in setup time and frequency for workpiece/jig attachment and detachment - Increase in production quantity per Ikel (due to the reduction in setup time and frequency)
